The Department aims at preparing students for a broad range of technical positions throughout manufacturing enterprise that require people with strong mechanical background. Department has well equipped labs of fluid Mechanics and Machine Dynamics, Material Testing & Production Lab, heat Power Lab and Heat transfer Lab. Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Lab, Automobiles & CAD/CAM Lab associated with Black smithy and Foundry/Forging Workshop Fitting, Carpentary and Welding Technology, Workshop and a vas Machine Shop for proper practical training.
